Good news in Canada is this inspirational blog written by Bob Berman, he has hit the nail on the head and if Prime Minister Stephen Harper adopted Bob's proposals into law he could reform Canada's failing Family Law Court system at the stroke of a pen.Noteable for being the worst in the world , though the UK, US and Australia are not far behind reform is long overdue so read more in Bob's link My Ontario divorce.com in the sidebar. I have also promoted this in the main cities of Canada and want to see a feature in CBC. Bob and I have reached similar conclusions as my Degree Absolute blog reveals I too felt £500 was enough for court proceedings and focus the minds of both parties on a solution!
Little prospect of much campaigning in the UK till we have a robust Government, so in the meantime I would like to alert you to Sam Hallimond's Campaign " Family Freedom Fighter" uncannily familiar with my own case so I offer this for you too to show some empathy and offer any advice your experience may hold.I will support Sam to hopefully his desired conclusion for as long as it takes!Two urgent petitions for you to contribute to only takes a matter of seconds but very worth while;

I would also appeal to you to get behind Gloria Hunniford and Jimmy Deuchars and their Grandparent campaigns, this I believe holds the key to solving the Family Law Court problem in the UK!
Australia is like trying to wade through treacle! Since the New Year began I have campaigned across Australia and round the world more recently on ABC and BBC World Service culminating in suggesting to the CEO's of F4JOZ.com, Dadsonair, The Movember group and Dads in distress that they should pool their resources and stage a festival similar to the one in Washington DC in July, in Sidney Harbour or the like. Before Christmas 8964 people had taken their lives in Australia due to their experience at the hand of Family Law courts, CSA and Social Services by the first week of the New Year the number had risen to 9252! This to me is as news worthy as the horrendous Bush Fires in Victoria a year ago and certainly above the current concern of coastal erosion, in fact it should in my opinion be a news headline around the world and what if these records were kept in the UK and Canada or even the US where the totals must run into the 100,000s this one statistic alone accounts for a fair proportion of the population when you consider extended family ! This travesty of justice must stop FULL STOP!
