Fathers have right to protest!

Davey says;
When all we have left is our opinion we should use it and NEVER allow our protests to go unheard, it is the family justice system that needs to be called to account not loving and devoted Dads seperated from their kids!!

Fathers' Rights campaigner Len Miskulin, who has been occupying a tent over the past seven months, said: "The royal wedding is coming up, and we'll try anything and everything. I'll go to court over it if necessary."

Rising (council litigation) bill blamed on Baby P tragedy!

A spokeswoman for HCC explained that litigation costs had increased partly because of an increased number of social work cases.

Responding to Dan Peter's item (Mercury 30/12/10); It is rich that Hertfordshire Council blame the tragedy of Baby Peter's death on the escalating litigation bill incurred by it's social services department, when perhaps they should reflect on and then reform the systemic failures they and other councils up and down the land impose on the public and most especially vulnerable children. As we are reminded in this article Baby Peter had 50 injuries inflicted on him in spite of being on an at risk register and having had 60 visits from social workers, any caring parent would have seen the signs in just one visit. Peter died in a week OFSTED gave Haringay council a clean bill of health, something they had to swiftly retract!
Instead of employing social workers with degrees up to their armpits in sociology, they should employ people from the 'University of Life' with degrees of commonsense!
Whilst Haringay is sighted as the worst social services in London and Birmingham as the worst in the UK following the equally high profile case of Khyra Ishaq, all councils are culpable of separating loving parents from their children in contact disputes, allowing children as young as 8 to go into irreversible care because a neighbour complained that the family dog barked too much (Eastbourne SS) and the general acceptance that Parental Alienation, something most right minded people recognise as child abuse, is condoned by all Social Services is a national disgrace!

USA: Family Court & CPS Reform: 2011

I would call upon all like minded campaigners to lobby direct to The Whitehouse

As a wise associate from Hobart once said once one country falls the others
are sure to follow. Although it can be argued that this has begun in the UK with
the current Ministry of Justice review, it is compelling to think that if the US
was to do the same thing, even on the same economy driven cost saving exercise,
it highly likely justice would follow in Canada, New Zealand and Australia
(Yes even with Gillard at the helm!)

So in the final 2 years of President Obama's administration let's help him get at least one thing right (otherwise we may have to wait for some radical Republican's to make a right tea party of it)and as our world leader we should lobby him from around the world!

I wish Sir Bob would do for our campaign what he did 25 years ago for band aid

Happy New Year from Daveyone!

Lest we forget!

Lest we forget!
In the year we saw the last of the World War One ‘Tommy’s’ complete his journey on this earth and many World War Two warriors now considering how many more memorials they will attend especially in foreign lands, we appreciate what their lives and those who did not return stand for in giving us freedom of speech and a quality of life many of us take for granted and my thoughts of my late father a peace loving man facing the horror of war from the rear gunning turret of a Lancaster Bomber.
