I have complained about the TV advertising of the Child Maintenance Enforcement Commission by PHD Media . The content is wrong, not factual and I would suggest misleading.
(Click on the above title and you too can add you weight to this complaint!)
The Child Maintenance Enforcement Commission formally known as the Child Support Agency fails the children that they claim to 'have their best interest at heart', and like the borrowed phrase from the failing Family Law Courts, encourage Vengeful and greedy mothers to claim everything they can from the state whilst also pursuing the good father for more even though he has paid again and again The feckless fathers who never show an interest in their children or make a contribution to their welfare are let off the hook because they are never chased or pursued as they do not know the forwarding address.
Good fathers who have paid over and over are persecuted and pursued as they have given details of address and although have already supplied a family home much of the child's needs, made provision for savings and bonds to mature at appropriate times and keep in touch with schools to ensure they have all their child need, these Fathers are forced into bankruptcy , made to lose everything and when you say there is nothing more the CSA tell you they don't care as after your death they will take it from your estate ( where ever that is?) The good hard working single mothers who raise there kids try to do some part time work and support their children the best way they know how, never see a penny from the CSA as they either don't claim or find they are not eligible!
The advert described is not a true reflection of the facts they are trying to purvey !
All in the best interest of the children!
We hear this mantra in Family Court and it is as thin on fact when quoted by the CSA (Child Maintenance Enforcement Commision)

Enforcement Commission awards media task to PHD
LONDON - The Child Maintenance and Enforcement Commission has appointed PHD Media as its media planning agency.
PHD will support the commission in fulfilling its government remit to promote effective child-maintenance arrangements and parental financial responsibility for children.
This is likely to include a national campaign on behalf of Child Maintenance Options, the new information and support service for separating parents.
An ad campaign, created by Abbott Mead Vickers BBDO, is being piloted in the ITV Central region, with the full campaign is provisionally set to roll out early next year. No decision on media spend has yet been made.
PHD was selected after a three-way pitch handled by COI.
When I have a link to show this advert I will display it here on my blog.
