HM Queen Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland and her Commonwealth Realms has been an important figure of the world for over fifty years, and a letter would be a great way of showing your respect to her whether you live in the United Kingdom or in any other country.
Your Majesty,
May I share the following communiications I have had with the Prime Ministers and Presidents From Britian, the Commonwealth and beyond?
Dear Prime Minister

I am delighted that our new coalition Government are going to review family Law in this country as reform is long over due. May I suggest a leveling of the playing field and the assumption that Mother knows best (as recent news stories have proved is not always to be the case) is replaced with where you have 2 caring parents an equal consideration is given to the role both can play which extends beyond sperm donor to ATM machine for the father. Parental Alienation should be outlawed, social services should not be part of the initial process (they should be caring for children at risk, not those from 2 loving parents) If the true best interests of the children are to be considered (not the hypocrisy displayed in family court at the moment) then their wishes should be served and in most cases that means both parents can still contribute to their lives in spite of separation. You have a fabulous opportunity to make this happen NOW with the Ministers you have already appointed and additional members with a knowledge of this subject including; John Hemming M.P. Henry Bellingham M.P. and Lynne Featherstone M.P. please do not waste the valuable experience they have, and who in turn can fix our "Broken Society!"
Dear Prime Minister, http://www.pm.gov.au/PM_Connect/contact_your_pm_form
I wonder if you are aware that at the time of sending this message 10908 Australian citizens have committed suicide as a result of the trauma they have suffered at the hands of the CSA, social services and other family law agencies since November 2007. You were concerned earlier this year about coastal erosion blighting many Australian lives, please can I appeal to you to stop the erosion occurring in your society and seek to reform your Family Law System, TODAY?
Dear Prime Minister,

Family Law injustice is a global problem but my findings point to this being at it's worst in Canada!
I would therefore wish to appeal to you personally for an urgent review of the status that blights so many lives and wrecks societies through out our countries. Fathers need to be given equal status when it comes to parental responsibilities rather then simply a source of revenue. The CPS need to do what it says on the label and all social services should give support to children and families in spite of separation rather then exacerbating the alienation between children and loving parents most often the father.
Please accept this heartfelt plea in good faith and seek to make this a top priority in your domestic political agenda.
Dear Prime Minister

I wish to appeal to you in all good faith and ask for a major review and overhaul of the Family Law system in New Zealand, some thing that blights your beautiful country.
Children are being deprived the care and attention of both parents after separation, when more often then not it need not be the case , the CSA puts undue pressures on solely the father yet he is not being given the opportunity to offer moral or practical support. The social services often fail to recognise what is in the true best interest of the children they supposed to serve!
I implore you to take action with the utmost urgency to resolve this issue and mend your broken societies!
Dear Mr. President http://www.whitehouse.gov/thank-you
I sincerely wish to bring your attention to a matter I consider of the utmost urgency in the USA as well as much of the world;
Family Law injustice!
Societies are being broken by the failure to achieve balanced a reasonable judgements in the wake of parents separation often resulting in one parent (most often the father) being alienated from their children. Parental Alienation should be outlawed and the agencies involved actively seeking to support children from all walks of life to have a meaningful and rewarding experience with both parents in spite of divorce. As I say this affects all children but those from underprivileged backgrounds become the most vulnerable and child welfare in the form of the CPS fall way short of the care and they deserve and why are the services so hell bent on alienating a father who cares for his children yet persecutes him for financial support when he has so much more to offer in the form of moral and stabilising reassurance needed in the short span of time that is childhood!
It should also be noted that the coralation between suicides as with Australia, and those returning from active service, then facing the trauma of Family Courts in the USA shows a marked increase in recent years!
I was touched when The First Lady invited 12 London school children to the Whitehouse a few months ago and indeed from here in the UK your election as President offered a sign of New Hope this was replicated elsewhere in the world, so please offer that New Hope this year to the kids!!
With my utmost respect to your goodself and the First Lady.
Your Excellency

I have great sympathy with the plight of your country and the economic turmoil you face at this time. I would however appeal to you to also consider the Family Law system that exists in Greece today and ask for you to undertake a robust reform of shared parenting and put an emphasis on your social services for children to have access to both parents in the event of a separation this will prove to be a great benefit in the future of your society as a whole. I would also hope one of your greatest assets , your tourist industry plays a key part in restoring your wonderful country to it's former glory.

You may be interested to know that F4J S.A. at one time offered the Government in Pretoria guidance on human rights issues most especially relating to Family Law issues and I would appeal to you in good faith to take heed and ask for an urgent review of matters relating to Family Court , social services and child welfare, in this year of World Cup prestige : 2010 for South Africa!

I have been alerted by a friend in Singapore that the Family Court laws are particular discriminatory to Fathers and as a result he is to be separated from his young son for the next 6 months, As a loyal law abiding citizen of Singapore and devoted father to his young so please may I appeal to you with the greatest of respect to review the case involving my friend even if it means limited or supervised visitation to start but I am sure you will agree it is vital that the contact is not lost between father and son at the crucial age his young child is today. Please accept my heartfelt appeal to reunite this family and others in a similar situation that could have such a bearing upon your society in the future.
(One day perhaps Parental Alienation will be outlawed as child abuse in Singapore)
Sir,http://ukinsingapore.fco.gov.uk/en/I am of the belief my friend Wee Cheng has been served a grave injustice in being seperated from his son, is there anyway we in Britain or beyond can offer him our support or offer influence to his case?http://www.daveyonefamilylawmanblogspotcom.socialgo.com/forum/topic/148/page/1#215I would value your view on how this matter may be pursed such as a petition to the Government or Justice Minister?________________________________________________Your Majesties Christmas message spoke of Commonwealth, Children and Multi-Faith societies and I would wish to appeal as your loyal and obedient servant that where Your Majesty is able to do so, please exercise influence on this subject for the sake of the children involved and societies as a whole. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/newstopics/politics/liberaldemocrats/7753762/The-Queens-Speech-Bill-by-Bill.html
