Spotlight on Canada

Family Law at it's worst!

The Honourable Dalton McGuinty mppBSc LLB 24th Premier of Ontario with Canadian Premier Stephen Harper.

I have been concerned about the Canadian family Court Laws for some while as they seem the worst of all and who is to make the change? Here in the UK we have some doddery old Law Lords who will need a wake up call and in Canada the same has to be the case for the legislators , this injustice cannot be allowed to continue!

In the summer Her majesty the Queen will pay a visit on the prime Minister Stephen Harper and I would suggest that any lobbying of MPs Representatives even the PM should extend to Her Majesty as she has some understanding and empathy for our cause (Pictured Howard Hampton MPP Kenora-Rainy River)

In Canada there is some progress, not least by Bob Berman's My Ontario divorce.com which if brought to Stephen Harper's attention he could make substantial progress at the stroke of a pen.

I have also been introduced to Jean Marie Pomerleau who's flamboyance comes across even on Facebook, as his illustrations show but he has a serious message to get across so please click on the video and his photo in the side bar and more in Canada.

I have one ambition to see family law court justice reformed to provide equal parenting for children in their true best interest and not the BS these court will have you believe. I would hope to see this happen simultaneously in Canada the US, Australia as well as here in the UK as I believe no single leader will take it upon themselves to take the initiative so we all have to lobby protest write keep the press informed until this happens.
Her Majesty the Queen will be visiting Canada in June , perhaps now is the time to inform her how family law affects this part of the Commonwealth!

I also understand there is one remaining Lancaster Bomber that is air worthy in Canada and 64 years on from when my own father made an epic (in those days) goodwill tour of the airbases in the US, in recognition of the contribution American and Canadian fliers made during WW2, I too would like to purse the theory that such a flight may be made once more to promote the liberation of so many of our people and bring justice most especially to our children who so rarely get heard! Chase Farm Hospital : Enfield

NHS, A cutback too far!

Save Chase Farm Public Meeting to discuss the latest situation-
Saturday 30th Jan 2010 at 2pm.
At St George's Church Hall London Road Enfield.
All are welcome!
Next to Our Lady of Mount Carmel and St George's Church. Opp St Ann's Catholic School for girls. 5 minute walk from Enfield Town Station.

Accident & Emergency, Childrens and Maternity services at Chase Farm Hospital are now scheduled to be downgraded. Many people could die as a result.
This mini blog is designed to reveal the plight of Chase Farm Hospital and other parts of the NHS being dismantled systematically throughout the country against public interest!
I have a vested interest in Chase Farm as my birth place 51 years ago, but sentimentality aside it cannot be right that a long established hospital is making way for so called Urgent Care Centres and whilst it is accepted the old hospital's infrastructure is in need of modernisation it has the reputation as the fastest responding A&E department Britain which is particularly useful in this highly populated area of North London/South Hertfordshire dissected by the busiest stretch of our motorway system! It also houses a major stroke trauma centre , and maternity unit at a time of baby boom and what if swine flu gets out of control or other future viruses? Part time UCC's will never take up the slack, where often there is not even a Doctor on duty during their limited opening hours, as I was to find out when I was taken ill over Christmas instead of going to the 'closed' UCC 2 miles away or even Chase 5 miles away, I ended up 12 miles away at the QE2.
Now consider the plight of people if the void was left in the absence of Chase Farm Hospital. http://savechasefarm.co.uk/
I must pay tribute to Ivy Beard who has campaigned tirelessly for the past 6 years to try to maintain this crucial facility and you can see her on video pleading her case if you click on the blog title and I will invite Ivy to post bulletins here so to keep us up dated on how the campaign progress, please leave your comments below or in my Guestbook at the sidebar (left)

Education Revisited!

This emotive subject will be returned to many times I am sure, but I was alerted to 2 different reports this week which I have considered for this piece. That is hot on the heels of Ed Balls suggesting that Sats' should be scrapped for 14 year olds (probably the most crucial time in a persons academic life) we learn he wants to give those self same student lessons in money management , family values and, some what belated in my view, sex, chlamydia and pregnancy advice! Oh boy is this guy Minister enough for the task at hand, and why has he so much time to think up hair brained schemes such as this?
In my earlier article I suggested that, and I have now decided it should be the final year of primary school, pupils should , along with regular curriculum teaching, be given preparatory lessons in what to expect when they attend secondary school. This is the time to teach more responsive children the basics in sex education ( they won't get it at 5 or 7) they should also be warned about drugs and the related crime that is linked not only in the inner cities but now out here in the sticks too! Peer and media pressure on teenagers is at extreme levels these days especially on girls where sex, drugs and rock and roll doesn't even come into it,

so a Strong multi-faith R.E class teaching moral and ethical values for all in society and all they are likely to meet as they grow into adulthood, and a greater understanding of social issues and self esteme awareness, children of this age may rarely read a newspaper but with so much being thrust upon them via the Internet, this bombardment of information has to be reasoned out and prioritised, the latest I-Pod, mobile phone or 20 fags may have to take second place if you have not got enough for food at the moment!

The second item to catch my attention was to see Nick Ferrari, Gloria Hunniford and Tracy Cox discuss her new book on sex education and how liberated everyone is today and even how much better it is all done in the Netherlands! Maybe it is an age thing (I am about the same age as Mr. Ferrari) but I was delighted when this renowned radio presenter and journalist suggested why don't we just instill the word NO into the mind set of experimenting teenagers and let them consider the consequences of their actions at say 14 (this seems a focal age these days) and what if a great opportunity comes your way at the age of 17 or 21 and you can't go to say the US or Japan because you have a young unplanned child in toe! I have the utmost respect for Nick Ferrari who handles many issues in a measured way being quite tough with politicians (I love it when he corners Boris) and showing a sensitivity as with an interview last year with Susan Gale who shopped her son for drug dealing, and more recently the case of Chris, a Father from Hackney who was so concerned that his son was getting into the wrong company in London he was considering sending him away to family in Turkey just to keep him safe!
Nick Ferrari, Guido Fawkes and Jon Gaunt bring me all the news-politic I need each day and they knock the perversely regulated Today programme into a cocked hat , Nick even starts his show with the Radio 4 UK theme, I just wish he would invite Gloria Hunniford on to his show and discuss the Grandparents issue she is so passionate about as I believe, along with Jimmy Deuchars campaign 'Grandparents Apart', they hold the key to resolving the family law issue in Britain right now!

You can still punch Lennox Lewis on the nose with your curser at the bottom of the blog-page for more on this.

Conservative Party: Is this the best we can hope for?

Winston Churchill must be turning in his grave to see just how Britain has broken it's societies from within, whilst giving it's assets and accessible welfare system away to Europe just 70 years after defending it at the cost of many thousands of lives. What message is being missed by the 3 main parties that UKIP and sadly BNP recognised by including our wartime leader in their promotional literature at last years local and Euro elections? We need a strong leader to get us out of this malaise and put the United Kingdom back on the map as a serious worldwide contender rather then a talking shop where our denied vote, that's 60 million votes were not taken up, whilst 4 million Irish votes were counted twice once for NO then for YES,and why is the US so keen for us to be in Europe? so we can do their bidding as the trusted puppy dog we have become!
It pains me to say this as a life long Tory supporter, in fact part of the canvasing team for one Eldon Griffiths in Bury St.Edmunds in 1983 I was commended for my dedication and support at the after election celebrations that saw Margaret Thatcher return for a second term of office. Whilst many people had misgivings of some of her policies one thing she did do at the time was to instill a sense of pride in the British way of life at the time and respect for the law as our police and courts were the envy of the world, a far cry from the laughing stock they have become today!

Parties in fight over the family
Labour and the Conservatives have been setting out their plans to support families - expected to be a key election battleground.
Labour says it will change the law so that if parents split up, grandparents will not have to go to court to apply for contact with grandchildren.
They also say they will give fathers more support in bringing up children.
The Conservatives have accused Labour of stealing their policies - especially on grandparents' rights.

Ministers say employers and health and children's services in England all need to recognise the role fathers have in caring for children.
Fathers will be given more information before a child's birth to encourage them to be responsible parents.
'Custody battles'
Labour's Families and Relationship Green Paper - being released today - sets out a wide range of measures designed to support "all families".
Under Labour's plans, separating couples will be strongly encouraged to seek mediation rather than going to the family courts to settle problems.

“ What I am not going to say is that if you are a widow or if you are a lone parent because your husband threw you out in an abusive relationship, you should be disadvantaged ”
Ed Balls, Children's Secretary
On the BBC's Today programme, Children's Secretary Ed Balls clashed with Conservative Families Spokesman David Willetts over the issue of giving tax breaks to married couples.
Mr Balls said he supported marriage, but did not believe it should be reflected in the tax system.
"The evidence shows that if you are married, children do better, although once you adjust for the fact that people who are married tend to marry older, be better educated and have higher incomes, once you adjust for these things, you find that it is not the legal form, it is the strength and stability of the relationship which is the most important thing," he said.
"What I am not going to say is that if you are a widow or if you are a lone parent because your husband threw you out in an abusive relationship, you should be disadvantaged."
Mr Willetts said the Conservatives were committed to looking at the most effective way of "helping marriage through the tax system", although this was not something which would happen immediately if his party came to power.

“ Strong families provide the stability, warmth and love we need to flourish as human beings, and the relationships they foster are the bedrock on which society is built ”
David Willetts, Conservatives Families' spokesman
He said: "You could have transferable allowances. You could have married couple allowances. There is a range of ideas and that is what we are looking at.
"This is something we are committed to doing in the lifetime of the next Parliament.
"It is not something we are likely to be able to do in the first budget.
"That means, if there were a Conservative government, it is something we would have the time to consider what was the most effective way, given the state of the public finances, for helping marriage through the tax system."
But Mr Balls suggested that the Conservatives would opt for a transferable income tax allowance for married couples which would cost £4.9 billion and benefit wealthier families while penalising widows, divorcees and couples where both partners work.
Mr Willetts said any attempt to use the tax system to support relationships outside marriage would be "incredibly complicated and intrusive".
Draft manifesto
Later, Mr Willetts launched the family section of the Conservative Party's Draft Manifesto.
The party says it would make Britain more "family-friendly" by reforming the tax and benefits system, by "taking a new approach to early intervention and by "helping families to balance their lives".
Mr Willetts said: "We can't go on ignoring the importance of strong families.
"They provide the stability, warmth and love we need to flourish as human beings, and the relationships they foster are the bedrock on which society is built."
The draft manifesto he said outlined "a comprehensive approach to encourage stability and tackle social breakdown - a new system of flexible parental leave which lets parents share maternity leave, more health visitors to support new parents, and encouraging commitment by recognising marriage in the tax system".
Stability
Liberal Democrat families spokesman David Laws told the Today programme the key thing was stability - and it would be better to direct funds at helping children through the education system.
He said:"We are deluding ourselves as a nation if we think that some sort of small tax break is really going to make a fundamental difference to parenting or marriage.
"The key thing is whether there is stability and whether there is love and that can often be highly associated with marriage but it is not exclusively associated with marriage."

“ Focusing that money on those children - giving them skills, aspirations, as much stability as we can and the life skills they need - will do far, far more. ”
David Laws, Liberal Democrats
"The policies Ed Balls is announcing - the Dads' Guide and the websites - will make very little difference. I would put all of this money into the education system.
"Focusing that money on those children - giving them skills, aspirations, as much stability as we can and the life skills they need - will do far, far more to promote responsible citizens and good, stable families."
Government plans to involve fathers more in child-rearing include leaflets targeted at them, which will be distributed from next month.
Research suggests fathers who are involved with the birth of a child are more likely to stay involved in the child's first three years of life.
And longer term involvement leads to children having higher self-esteem, educational achievement and fewer behavioural problems, research says.
Recent studies suggest more and more fathers are sharing and even taking over responsibility for childcare.
'Myth-busting guide'
The booklet for new fathers is being drawn up to give tailored advice and tips to fathers ahead of a new birth.
Written with the Fatherhood Institute, officials say it will be a "myth-busting guide" about how fathers can be just as good hands-on carers as mothers.
It will also offer advice about legal issues like registering the birth, health issues for both parents, communicating with the baby and keeping him or her safe, providing financially and maintaining a good relationship with the mother.
A spokesman for Families Need Fathers said it had been lobbying to make proper mediation compulsory before attending court, and that it was encouraged that the government would now consult on this.
And the former Conservative party leader Iain Duncan Smith has renewed his attack on the government over family policy.
The think tank he established - the Centre for Social Justice - issued a dossier claiming that more than 40% of children in the UK were now born outside marriage and that child abuse had risen 34% over the past four years.
The report said: "The peculiarly high levels of family breakdown found in Britain are at the heart of the social breakdown which is devastating our most deprived communities and fracturing British society in general.
"Strengthening families is vital, both to the health of Britain and in ensuring a more socially just society."

We remember the Miners strikes and we remember the 'milk snatcher' but for me the saddest legacy from those Thatcher years is one of greed and selfishness and you can have it all attitude in her yuppie era, the legacy of which is the youth and the teenagers of today are born out of and as a result have no aspirations, live for the day and expect everything to come their way and more worrying the attitude of many who say so what to drugs so what to chlamydia and a chastisement from the police and ultimately the law courts is seen as a feather in the cap rather then the cause of shame that it should and a system that now gives children from the age of 11 to 16 rights that supersede their parents responsibilities that should guide our young to a moral and ethical stronghold rather then the feral misdirected lifestyle so many have chosen to accept.
There is a failure of family life that could take a generation to fix, yet still all we see and hear is the rival parties vying for political capital and seizing the issue of the day only to tamper around the edges to make in look like they are doing something. A little like Australian Prime Minister Kevin Rudd, almost 10,000 fellow Australians have taken their lives in the 2 years of his leadership from the trauma caused by Family Court, CSA and Social Services yet the best he can offer is support groups for the bereaved or those he has finally recognised have a problem!

Fathers to be offered more help!

Fathers are to be offered more support in bringing up children, under new plans being set out by the government.
Ministers will say employers and health and children's services in England all need to recognise the role fathers have in caring for children.
Fathers will be given more information before a child's birth to encourage them to be responsible parents.
Grandparents are also to be given extra recognition, with an automatic right of contact with their grandchildren.
Children's Secretary Ed Balls said: "By giving families and grandparents the right information and advice, they can remain in control over how and when to access help and support when they are under pressure and their relationships are suffering."
'Custody battles'
The government's Families and Relationship Green Paper sets out a wide range of measures to support all families.
The Conservatives are also expected to outline their policies on the family later on Wednesday.
Under the government's plans, separating couples will be strongly encouraged to seek mediation rather than going to the family courts to settle problems.
This, it is hoped, will help avoid costly and damaging custody battles, often funded through legal aid by the taxpayer.
Statistics suggest many separating couples end up in a revolving door of court appearances, which can be both stressful and damaging.
Settling differences through mediation services could be quicker and far less stressful, ministers argue.
Research suggests fathers who are involved with the birth of a child are more likely to stay involved in the child's first three years of life.
“ Caring for children is not a role just for mums ”
DCSF spokesman
And longer term involvement leads to children having higher self-esteem, educational achievement and fewer behavioural problems, research says.
Recent studies suggest more and more fathers are sharing and even taking over responsibility for childcare.
This is, in part, fuelled by the rise in the number of women returning to work after having children and also by men losing their jobs in the economic downturn.
The Family and Parenting Institute suggests that fathers will lead the changes to family structure to come, but many child and family services remain very focused on women.
Mr Balls and Andy Burnham will be hosting a summit later this week with health visitors, midwives, charities and new fathers to address how they can be helped to get more involved.
'Myth-busting guide'
A Department for Children, Schools and Families spokesman said: "Caring for children is not a role just for mums. Health and children's services and employers need to recognise this.
"By giving fathers more information before the birth of the child, we can encourage and support them to fulfil their responsibilities - especially if they are young and disadvantaged.
"Both parents are equally responsible for their child's health, so dads need information too."
A booklet for new fathers is being drawn up to give tailored advice and tips to fathers ahead of a new birth.
Written with the Fatherhood Institute, it will be a myth-busting guide about how fathers can be just as good hands-on carers as mothers.
He also welcomed the fact that grandparents were now recognised as a vital part of a child's life.

That problem exists here in the UK and one solution, in my opinion, to solve the key issue would be for an incoming Tory administration to appoint Lord Tebbit as Lord Chancellor and Justice Minister succeeding to the post currently held by Jack Straw and let this former Minister lambaste, in his trademark robust way, the Law Lords such as Lord Justice Ward ( Wall and Woolf too) for winging that they know the problem exists and family court orders are not being enforced onto erroneous resident parents, but there is nothing they can do! Well if they, our law makers, can't do it who are they waiting for to come along and fix it some Eurocrate?(I would not hold my breath) An leveling up of the playing field as far as parenting is concerned would be a major step in the right direction to get the respect and discipline back on the streets and into our children's mind sets for the next generations!
It may be a bit cliche, but our children are the future and state intervention has proved detrimental in all the 13 years of this appalling Labour Government, and it must end ( disband CAFCASS for goodness sake ) and allow Grandparents and extended family be the carers of children rather then irreversible and damaging care of the failed social services who need John Hemming and Lynne Featherstone to take control at CSF & DWP for the urgent reform so long overdue!
Above all the British people crave for and deserve a stop of the apathy and self serving politics we have endured for the past 20 years or more and for all those in a position of authority whom we vote for (Don't know how Brown slipped through) to prove to be accountable to the public and not just kissing up the big business and the money factories who have wronged us now for so long.
Where is that strong leader?

Saturday World Review:Family Law & Australia Day Special!

Where in the World is Family Law done better?

I will be going on a quest over the next few days in the hope of some feedback here and follow where I travel by clicking on the heart shaped Earth in the sidebar on the left.

THE CHILD STEALING RACKET
2010
'Fury at Ruling in Custody Battle', is an excellent article which succinctly describes everything that is wrong with the international family justice system and the dysfunctional way our so called 'enlightened' society administers the protection of our children's right to a continued relationship with both of their parents and extended family members.

Laurie Nowell, the Australian journalist who wrote the story, should be congratulated for the outstanding way he describes a modern day child stealing racket that is rotten to the core. It clearly shows how this racket has degenerated into a multi billion dollar international industry which is allowed to play God and sabotage our childrens' fundamental human right to their parent/child relationships.
As can be seen in Laurie's article, the family justice industry has many tentacles, all of which are deeply involved with the cruel removal of innocent children from loving parents. That this should be allowed to continue for 35 years and is now into the 21st century, is beyond belief and a sad reflection on how each generation refuses to learn from history.
If we are to learn anything, it is that the poorly written so called 'Howard' family law amendments in Australia of 2006, as predicted by many, have done nothing to change the dysfunctional culture existing in the Family Justice Industry, of which the Family Court is the symbolic head.
A Family Court which rewards criminals and punishes their helpless victims, is no longer representative of a court of justice. Worse still, asleep at the wheel, our elected representatives either do not see what is happening or turn a blind eye to the corrupt and/or incompetent behaviour of all those involved with the child removal racket.
However this does not lessen the morally indefensible behaviour of those dispensing so called justice in International Family Courts and their mercenary fellow predators, who enjoy stripping the family wealth and destroying the parent/child relationships of unsuspecting citizens.
The reason for the absence of a large scale public outcry, is perhaps due to the fact our communities have become desensitized to the daily horror stories of state sponsored child abuse, as detailed in Laurie Nowell's article. There is also the existence of a feeling of helplessness experienced by ordinary citizens, to stop this Family Court abomination, which cruelly postures as a kind and helpful administrator of family justice.
Well documented by many including high profile human rights campaigners such as Sir Bob Geldof and Professor Stephen Baskerville, whose writings provide the world with a clear picture of the atrocities committed by this industry, leaves the proponents and perpetrators no plausible defense of the indefensible.
The world accepted slavery as a legal normality for 300 years, ignoring all those calling for a halt to such a morally indefensible human rights abuse, so why have we learned nothing from history?

The Australian
Change to child custody laws will make access harder for fathers
One of the most contentious areas of the law has been the way it has been interpreted in cases where the children are under the age of two. The Rudd government is preparing changes to the controversial shared parenting laws, to make it harder for separated fathers to argue for a 50-50 time split if their children are under the age of two.Tony Miller+Founder Dads in Distress

Australia: Will the roll-back of shared parenting affect your vote?
Are you happy with what is likely to happen to shared parenting?
This short survey has been developed to gauge whether the Australian Federal Labor Government is likely to lose your vote as a result of its current reviews of the Family Law Act.
These reviews, but in particular the Family Court Violence Review, are likely to result in the rolling back of shared parenting gains achieved under the Howard Government. As a consequence, fewer children will have access to both parents after their parents separate...
Vote now and send onto other lists for their vote as well.
Let's spread this question around Australia!
The more answers we get the more we can influence the politicians views and votes.

Why is Alison such a P.A.I.N. to Social Services?

I was intrigued when Alison Stevens became one of the first followers to my blog, so read with interest what she is all about and I endorse her work with P.A.I.N. fully and after 25 years lets hope 2010 is the year for reform and matters improve for those involved not least the children so often damaged by forced irreversible care! (click title for link)
I also support the campaign by Jimmy Deuchars and Gloria Hunniford who seek to make Grandparents and extended family the first port of call rather then care, offering children stability and continuity whilst it is the parents that go for 'care' and learn some basic parental responsibilities, as well as Grandparents having regular access to their children's children!
Social Services in the UK are a failure with no council being free of some incompetence or over bureaucratised folly that means the ones who need the help most seldom get heard and for expediency end up as a case study filed on some dusty shelf on a council office and should a problem develop the old mantra is wheeled out;
"Oh we are so sorry but we will learn from this and move on!" They move on but seldom learn!
Birmingham is said to be the worst council in the UK, but I can also sight Cornwall, East Sussex, Suffolk and Doncaster with Haringay found to be the worst borough in London, but there is no room for complacency elsewhere in the Capital! One glimmer of hope is in Birmingham you have ardent campaigner John Hemming M.P.(see link in side bar) and Lynne Featherstone has campaigned relentlessly in her constituency that includes Haringay and you can view her You Tubes in the sidebar link. I would like to see John Hemming and Lynne Featherstone take over from Mr.& Mrs. Ed Balls at CSF and DWP maybe then we would then see the long overdue reform promised after the Baby Peter case!! (Baby Peter inspired my first blog)
I have been accused (In the Sun-Talk forum) of having a vendetta on Sharon Shoesmith as I have advocated she should face trial for her negligence. I qualify my view by saying that as a former truck driver if I were to have taken my eye off the road for a moments lapse of concentration whilst at the wheel of a 40 ton truck travelling down the motorway, and as a consequence ploughed into a car killing the occupants the public would bay for my blood and I would face prosecution with at least a 6 months to 2 years prison. It would not have been my intention to cause death in my duty of work anymore then this director of Child welfare and of cause the blame lies firmly at the 3 'carers' that left Baby Peter nowhere to turn but yet another abuser he had no chance of calling for help from a neighbour or childline. Where Ms. Shoesmith did fail was to register the fact that here social workers had been called to the home on 50+ occasions which is extreme by any standard and failed in her responsibilities and duty of care to that child on her watch and on top of that sought to silence Nevres Kemel (click Baby Peter's photo in side bar) who tried to blow the whistle on this when, if she had acted on her concerns, this child may have been spared!

OFSTEAD gave haringay council a clean bill of health...the week Baby Peter died then had to scuttle back very quickly to brand them the worst Council in London!
It is one thing to lambaste a failing school so it ends up under funded and a dumping ground for other schools excluded pupils but quite another to miss obvious flaws at a child welfare department of it's own Governments CSF directorate, or is it? Are we not just failing our young at every level and what ever is the point of OFSTEAD?

CAFCASS and the CSA or that other wolf in sheep's clothing CMEC should be disbanded forthwith as they too fail to serve those they should...the children!

XXXXStop PressXXXXXStop PressXXXXXXBaby P monster Steven Barker loses appeal against rape charge of a girl aged just two XXX Evil mother of Khyra Ishaq who along with the child's step father allowed the seven year old to starve to death in Handsworth Birmingham , The worst Social Services in the UK failed to take notice of concerns expressed by the child's natural father shame on them, the case continues!XXXXStop PressXXXXXStop PressXXXXXXStop PressXXXXXXXXXX

Family Law Court Judges rely too heavily on erroneous testimony from a CAFCASS court reporter or CSF social worker and I wonder what point is there having a judge at all? It is so rare to get the right judgement and all the other times a judge can sight a social workers snap shot report as his/her evidence but really it just covers there backs and as with all so called professionals involved in these cases renders them unaccountable and not case of redress (You try going to court of appeal!!)What makes me cough further is when you read Lord Justice Ward's comments in the Times 1st May 2008 ( Click on failing judge in sidebar) then read his duplication in the Bristol Evening Post of December 2009 (also in side bar) and wonder why, if he knows the failure why he and his fellow Law Lords are not working actively to reform this erroneous law as it would not take much simply even up the parental responsibly law to include Fathers and stop excluding and indeed banishing good dads from the family unit even after separation from the mother! Dads can offer so much more then just cash and could stop the erosion of our societies and bring discipline and respect so sadly missing in today's broken societies!
In summery I believe above all previous blogs this is the one that epitomises what my campaign and Alison's P.A.I.N campaign of 25 years stands for and 2010 has to be the year when this injustice has to end and a full top to bottom reform of social services throughout the UK is carried out ! It is no good just throwing £850,000 at each council Mr. Balls to simply recruit more social workers into a failing system to which we have had first hand experience, when it is the system they are expected to work in that need a most urgent national review!
You can debate further on here or better still lobby this lot to get it right >>>>
