Step backwards for Australia?
And the battle just got a bit harder to reform Family Law but I will leave my new friends to have their say thus;
Dear Prime Minister, Gillard,
We at INTERPAAL, www.interpaal.com, offer our hearty congratulations on becoming Australia's first woman Prime Minister.
As a gender neutral International Parents Alliance, we hope that your door will also be open to developing better Family Laws, which would provide a better outcome for your nations' Children.
Currently only 3 out of 10 children from broken relationships in Australia, remain in any sort of meaningful contact with their non-custodial parents' family, withing 2 years of their parents' separation.
Our door will always be open, and we are willing to engage, should you consider this a worthwhile and urgent reason to move forward.
Kind regards
Team INTERPAAL.

HM Queen Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland and her Commonwealth Realms has been an important figure of the world for over fifty years, and a letter would be a great way of showing your respect to her whether you live in the United Kingdom or in any other country.
I am delighted to say I have today received a letter from Buckingham Palace and whilst it is accepted that our constitutional Sovereign is unable to intervene in matters of state, there is great sympathy and warmth for our cause to reform Family Law and encouragement to direct our views to our Prime Minister(s) I would also take from that Presidents too!
So there you have it , we must lobby and lobby we shall!

***NATIONWIDE*** Fatherless Day Rallies
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
June 18, 2010 – [Washington, DC] – All 50 United States Capitols and several countries to host the 3rd Annual ***NATIONWIDE*** Fatherless Day Rallies. This nationwide event will allow people from all across the country and all walks of life to express their concerns with America’s family court system.
Fathers, mothers, grandparents and children will unite on June 18th at their State Capitols from 12 noon till 4pm demanding family law reform.
America’s family courts are causing millions of children undue suffering as a result of rulings which result in one parent, usually the father, being cut out of their children’s lives. These actions against our children are nothing less than child abuse, the results of which we are just now realizing all across this country. Children from fatherless homes account for 63% of youth suicides, 70% of juveniles in state operated institutions, 85% of all children that exhibit behavioral disorders and 71% of all high school dropouts. These statistics are just a sample of the adverse effects these rulings are having on our society. The impact is both socially and economically devastating. What kind of future will our children face without these issues being successfully addressed?
Equally shared parenting legislation for both fit and willing parents, family court reform and judicial accountability are now mandatory if we are to ever have any semblance of normalcy within our society. These actions will result in what truly is the best interest of our children. Literally everyone, except for those who receive financial compensation for these acts of child abuse agree, “Our children need BOTH fit and willing parents as active participants in their lives”
Organizations across the country that are sponsoring this event are: Fathers 4 Justice, Families 4 Justice, Parental Alienation Awareness Organization, Dads of Michigan, Fathers Day Demonstration, Family Preservation Festival and the DC Rally For Family Rights. A wide variety of speakers from across the country will be attending. They will be addressing the injustice of the family court, CPS, foster care and more…

INTERNATIONAL BOYCOTT OF FAMILY COURTS!
INTERNATIONAL
PRESS RELEASE
INTERNATIONAL BOYCOTT
OF FAMILY COURTS!
Today 16th June 2010, sees the historic launch of a global human rights campaign by the ‘International Parents Alliance’ (INTERPAAL), calculated to bring to an end the crises in international family law, responsible for the destruction of millions of parent/child relationships worldwide. By presenting all past, current and future victims, with the opportunity to make a compelling personal statement, the voiceless have now been given a voice.
Davey says lets debate this world-wide;
http://www.daveyonefamilylawmanblogspotcom.socialgo.com/forum/top/61
The attached ‘International Boycott of Family Courts’ campaign document finally provides a historic global rallying point and valuable support, to all those demanding that governments uphold their human rights obligations, to effectively protect the parent/child relationships of their citizens.
Working in their capacity as a solution based think tank, ‘INTERPAAL’ first focused on clearly identifying the (4) prime causal factors responsible for destroying so many parent/child relationships. Importantly, all four prime causal factors were unmistakably found to be inter-related, as are the numerous secondary effects.
Next they produced a legal, non-violent, gender-neutral campaign model, based on equality and social justice for all. The resulting document sets out the four (4) non- negotiable core demands considered absolutely vital to achieve effective change. The global alliance makes this historic ‘International Boycott of Family Courts’ campaign document freely available in 11 different languages.
Millions of dispossessed biological parents, victim children as well as every extended family member around the world, now have the means to make a self-empowering personal protest in support of their human rights, and so join this grass roots rebellion, against the wholesale destruction of families.
The ‘International Boycott of Family Courts’ document can be used in many areas of family justice activism, will be widely available on-line, and accommodates the urgent desire of every concerned citizen to be able to personally pressure their elected representatives into supportive action.
Beginning today, the boycott will continue until international family laws comply with every responsible parents’ fundamental human right to be a parent, ensuring each parent obtains the protection of a legal equal parenting right to remain part of his/her biological children’s lives.
Widespread support for a grass roots rebellion is illustrated by Sir Bob Geldof ‘s recent comments on the family justice system. Sir Bob accused the family courts, of state-sanctioned kidnap and challenges the moral credibility of the family law industry by asking, ‘How long before just one of them admit they have it all wrong and apologize to their myriad of victims?
Sir Bob perhaps prophetically points out: ‘In the near future the family law under which we endure, will be seen as barbaric, criminally damaging, abusive, neglectful, harmful to society, the family, the parents and the children in whose name it purports to act’.

Use the media wisely......!
I was delighted to learn that Iain Dale will be appearing on LBC Radio this week to present the evening show and look forward to tuning in at 10pm this coming Thursday content in the knowledge that this guy has substantial and robust views on Family Law, Social Services and the campaign we are advocating on a daily basis, so it led me to recollect other radio presenters I have encountered and their reaction to our cause!http://www.facebook.com/home.php?#!/group.php?gid=129445633750928&ref=ts
For many years I have been of the belief that the BBC Today programme had been dumbed down and fails to tackle the key issues head on and almost seemed to become pals with the cast of New Labour! I wonder if anyone else notices the World-Service news seems to have been watered down when they switch to Radio 4? Well if you still want to hear the UK theme formerly the opening track to BBC Radio 4 you can go to You Tube thus; http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rF7kzj4lCnE or tune in at 7 am to LBC and listen to Nick Ferrari who has a common-touch interview style where you can hear him deal with a story with sensitivity such as Susan Gale the mother who snitched her own son to the police over his involvement with drug dealing, whilst in the next breath cornering Mayor Boris Johnson over his ambitions to becoming Tory leader,
I have also seen Nick on the Alan Titmarsh show and his brand of common sense I think most of us would subscribe to especially when it comes to trying to instil some old fashion respect into some of the youth of today!
It all seemed to happen in April 2009
Frank Lampard in radio rant over 'heartless' claims Chelsea footballer: Frank Lampard in on-air tirade against LBC's James O'Brien over newspaper reports that he is a bad fatherhttp://www.sickplaylist.com/videos/lampardOn this particular day I was busy researching for an article so forgot to switch from Nick Ferrari to Gaunty so left LBC on and for me the unfamilier presenter James O'Brien and was suprised to hear his stinging attack on Frank Lampard and as he kept it up I was almost insensed to call in myself till I heard the Chelsea star call in himself after his sister had called and told him of Mr. O'Brien's rant, something that suprised me when I learned he too was a father. I began to wonder if it was staged in order to increase LBC ratings, so the sceptic in me started a mini blog and circulated it round the usual newsrooms and to date has proved to be the most responsed to comment I have published, with one particular Sun reporter pursuing me for the next 24 hours to validate my claims, till I said look use it as a cartoon caption or something,
I knew they too would not tackle family law in a balanced way. All I suggested was that in future Fathers4Justice would don Chelsea outfits rather then Superhero garb for their protests. I think The Sun had visions of pitch invasions or the like.
James Whale dedicated a chapter of his book to the experieces he had when his son went through the family courts and had his son's heartache also manifest into his own loss of contact with his grandchild, in addition to being diagnosed with kidney Cancer at the same time and it is clear he has bounced back as the consumate professional he is, though rarely wishes to discuss the issue.
(By very sad coincidence I had both my children alienated from me in the same week in September 2007 as my sister in law was diagnosed with terminal cancer, sadly she lost her battle a month ago.) Just before James (wonder what happened to Ash?) left Talk Sport and I like the irony that he ended up presenting along side Ken Livingstone at LBC, after he told me on his late night show to walk away from it (Family Law pain) now, otherwise it will send you mad. Well 3 blogs on and just holding my sanity intact, here I am!
2 years ago Jon Gaunt unceremoniously departed from Talk Sport but shortly afterwards started the online Radio show Sun-Talk. I have on occasion contributed to the show that has now been broadcasting for 14 months and with the addition of further progammes and link ups to other stations across Europe. So the home of free speech has now been exported too. Gaunty is joined by Deidre Sanders each Tuesday who has special intersts in Social Services so would emplore you all to offer your view point to them via the internet.

The BBC have become very hyper-PC since the Ross/Brand debarkle.(if they had played the same high jinx on a commercial station it would have probably gone unnoticed.) I will say however that of all the places in the BBC where I have had a robust conversation was with legendary BBC Radio London presenter Big George who's encyclopaedic music knowledge is enviable.
Generally the BBC seem to take a dim view of the Family Law subject rarely being discussed on the Today programme, who only gave the then Justice Minister 2 minutes to reveal his 'open court' policy last April, something most of us would regard as quite important.I will be interested to see if the BBC become just a little more 'impartial' under the new coalition Government! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qtANCL3lAoo

Her Majesty to tour Canada!
http://ukincanada.fco.gov.uk/en/
HM Queen Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland and her Commonwealth Realms has been an important figure of the world for over fifty years, and a letter would be a great way of showing your respect to her whether you live in the United Kingdom or in any other country.
Family Law injustice is a global problem but my findings point to this being at it's worst in Canada!
I would therefore wish to appeal to you personally for an urgent review of the status that blights so many lives and wrecks societies through out our countries. Fathers need to be given equal status when it comes to parental responsibilities rather then simply a source of revenue. The CPS need to do what it says on the label and all social services should give support to children and families in spite of separation rather then exacerbating the alienation between children and loving parents most often the father.
Please accept this heartfelt plea in good faith and seek to make this a top priority in your domestic political agenda.

Dear
I am delighted this new Coalition Government has asked for input on how they should carryout many crucial endeavours they face in the coming months, though I feel a little disappointed that we only have till tomorrow, June 10th 2010, to respond where I am of the opinion that the tasks ahead will warrant a lot of support for some time to come.
From the Family Law & Child Welfare Reform standpoint I can only hope the new Justice Minister Hon. Kenneth Clark will adopt a more robust approach compared to both of his predecessors to the post. (In fact I had hope it might have been Lord Tebbit who would give his hallmark boost to the ineffectual Law Lords). Jack Straw attempted an 'Open Court' policy 14 month ago which met with derision from the very people this would hold to account, the judges! This seems to have been dispelled with a whoop and a grunt and once again failing to address obvious failures that allows Parental Alienation and False Allegation's to go untested when they clearly should be outlawed. (Women should realise such false allegations relating to domestic violence or abuse undermines the genuine cases) Reform is long over due for family court to deliver balanced judgements they pretend to serve , but rather like Lord Falconer they do nothing!
Henry Bellingham (Norfolk) M.P. has some groundbreaking views on reforming these hidden courts and I hope will be given the opportunity to advice our new Justice Minister. I also acknowledge that Micheal Gove has taken over the reigns where Ed Balls left off and who I never considered was Minister enough for such an over sized Ministry that attempts to cater not only for the Welfare of children through social services (and the appalling CAFCASS) but also education. Both departments regulated by the less then dynamic OFSTED! I would suggest John Hemming M.P. for Yardley, Birmingham could contribute here as he has had first hand experience of social service failure ( Khyra Ishaq) where B'ham was described as the worst in the country. I can tell you they are not as all SS are poor and putting lives at risk, maybe they should not dabble in Family Law where once again Mr. Hemming has had first hand experience and has his own website in the matter Fassit which I have often contributed to.
http://www.fassit.co.uk/john_hemming_campaign.htm
Rt. Hon. Iain Duncan- Smith takes over at DWP where Yvette ( Mrs. Balls) Cooper once stood and if you want directions to yet further cut-backs the CSA (aka CMEC) would be a good place to start as this erroneous organisation fails the caring and hardworking parents whilst serving the feckless and selfish ones, but overall fails to serve the children they were designed to help.
I would also suggest that neighbouring M.P.Lynne Featherstone who's Haringay constituency includes the council responsible for neglecting Baby Peter could also advise as I believe her expertise would prove invaluable to our new DWP Minister.
All in all the coalition offers great opportunity to act swiftly to right the wrongs of the political malaise cultured over the past 13+ years and I would appeal to you on behalf of all those (Children & Families) let down by the failing family courts and social service systems to promptly reform them and put a halt to the erosion in our society that contributes to so called 'Broken Britain!'
Yours
