Her Majesty the Queen's Christmas message spoke of Commonwealth, Multi-Faith and Children. To this end I would there fore feel t incumbent on all of us to keep her informed on the failure that is Family Law, CSA social services and child Welfare in the commonwealth and beyond. In my experience Her Majesty has shown great empathy with our cause and i would address letters to her office asking then to be forwarded directly to Prime ministers Rudd, Harper, Keys, President Jacob Zumo and presumably Cameron here in the UK by the summer.Whilst Her Majesty has no jurisdiction in the US there seemed to be a warmth and mutual regards for the Obama's and Windsors during last years G20 summit (Whilst our lame-duck PM appeared to be sidelined somewhat!) so maybe a comment could be passed from Buckingham Palace to the First Lady.

In the week that saw Gordon Brown apologise to the elderly people who were dismissed to Australia in the 40' and 50's to a life of drudge and abuse, something Kevin Rudd also did recently coming hot on the heels of Howard's apology for the dislocated indigenous Aborigines during a similar period we learn that the young still rate low on the concern level for the Australian administration.
We also learn that that fateful number of 10,000 will shortly be reached relating to the number of Australia citizen's that have taken their lives due to the trauma of Family Law courts, CSA and social service intervention on their lives and the pressures have become to much, remembering this number was only been counted since prime minister Rudd came to office in November 2007, you also have to consider the immediate family to each of those 10,000 then the extended family friends and colleagues then you begin to realise how many of the countries population has been affected by this single statistic. What can the good people of this land got to expect, maybe an apology in 25 or 30 years time?
Australian Child Support Agency death toll since
Kevin Rudd became Prime Minister: 9900 clients!!
I have often referred to Family Law in Canada as the worst in the world yet once again the administration under the leadership of prime Minister Stephen Harper seems to be impervious to the fact you can be sure , though not published, that similar lives are lost as in Australia probably similar in the UK and in the USA it runs into hundreds of thousands and all these so called allies have troops fighting in the worlds hell holes and often returning service personnel then facing the added trauma at Family Court is compounding suicide statistics still further.
If you have the opportunity take a look at Bob Berman's Ontario divorce.com as he has come up with some answers his PM should adopt and also Dr. Robert A. Kenedy of York University Toronto rkenedy@yorku.ca is completing his research into Family Law from around the world and I am sure would value your contribution, a real gentlemen as I learned when I met up with the Professor last year. We need to Lobby PM Stephen Harper v and Her Majesty before Her state visit this coming June!
John Keys is the new kid on the block as rather like Cameron needs to be up to date with his countries plight on Family law so he can hit the ground running as will Cameron this summer. New Zealand: family Law in the 21st century (book title) sadly is no better here then elsewhere and I have seen footage of protests dating back 25 years by disgruntled fathers and family members, there is even a fledgling F4J NZ and it occurs to me how wonderful it would be if we could get Prime Minister Key to act before they had to establish and who knows this small country could be the inspiration for the rest of the world as I believe this issue will only be solved on a global scale!
http://menz.org.nz/ and here is a sad entitlement of this country; http://www.fathers4justice.org.nz/ can nobody escape the scourge of family law court failings?
Here in Great Britain we have endured the worst Government in living memory with an unelected leader and former chancellor who's apprenticeship should have given him an insight into the financial crisis us mere mortals are having to face and this most fundamental of failures will be rewarded as a future European financial minister or CEO of the IMF (I did not buy that old pony he gave Piers Morgan last week that he wanted to do charity work, bit like saying Blair just tells fibs!).
The trouble is we also have a Lilly-livered opposition who has missed opportunity after opportunity to call this Government to account so we now face a Tory Government (we already have 99% arrogant Tory councils) under the leadership of David Cameron (I know) at a time this country is crying out for some Churchillian leader as UKIP and BNP recognised during the local/EU elections last year!
Well there is a major protest touring Oxford on April 10th with a number of bus loads of alienated fathers touring a round the Tory leaders constituency culminating at David Cameron's home! For those unable to attend in Oxford it is incumbent to Lobby our future leader before he disappears for his 12 week holiday in the summer and as well as directing your concerns to the leader you can also write via your local MP, councillors and London Assembly member thus; http://www.writetothem.com/
I have been inspired by the works of F4J in South Africa and the fact they have advised their government on human rights issues in spite of having their website hacked into so is the politic of this part of the world ,but whilst they still have problems to resolve lets hope some of this tentative inspiration will spread!
Johannesburg, South Africa (CNN) -- South Africa's president has apologized for fathering a child out of wedlock after his admission prompted an outcry from critics who said he was undermining the nation's health campaign."I deeply regret the pain that I have caused to my family, the ANC, the Alliance and South Africans in general," President Jacob Zuma said in a statement Saturday. "The matter, though private, has ... put a lot of pressure on my family and my organization, the African National Congress." Zuma is a member of the Zulu culture, which practices polygamy. He has three wives and 19 children, according to his Web site. http://www.daveyonefamilylawmanblogspotcom.socialgo.com/forum/topic/12
President 'new hope' Obama seems preoccupied in trying to resolve the US economy crisis whilst still dabbling in foreign affairs (does Cuba really pose a threat these days?) therefore maybe it is the First Lady who should be Lobbied on matters of Family Law and associated agencies! Last week Michelle Obama invited 12 London school kids to the Whitehouse as well as having her own campaign for improving the lot for impoverished children throughout the inner cities of the USA. Therefore in the same way as I have suggested we Lobby the Queen we should do like wise with the First Lady or are they all the hypocrites we are led to believe? http://www.whitehouse.gov/contactThis campaign will only work with numbers and full mail sacks at Buckingham palace and full inbox's for the rest this is the year these appalling law are reformed and whilst Australia is concerned with eroding coastlines everyone should be made aware that a tsunami is going on right in the heart of our societies and even if this campaign meet with success this year could take a generation to see the results !
I wonder who above will be the first to grasp the nettle?
