HM Queen Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland and her Commonwealth Realms has been an important figure of the world for over fifty years, and a letter would be a great way of showing your respect to her whether you live in the United Kingdom or in any other country.
I am delighted to say I have today received a letter from Buckingham Palace and whilst it is accepted that our constitutional Sovereign is unable to intervene in matters of state, there is great sympathy and warmth for our cause to reform Family Law and encouragement to direct our views to our Prime Minister(s) I would also take from that Presidents too!

So there you have it , we must lobby and lobby we shall!

HM Queen Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland and her Commonwealth Realms has been an important figure of the world for over fifty years, and a letter would be a great way of showing your respect to her whether you live in the United Kingdom or in any other country.
Your Majesty,
May I share the following communiications I have had with the Prime Ministers and Presidents From Britian, the Commonwealth and beyond?
Dear Prime Minister
http://www.number10.gov.uk/footer/contact-us
I am delighted that our new coalition Government are going to review family Law in this country as reform is long over due. May I suggest a leveling of the playing field and the assumption that Mother knows best (as recent news stories have proved is not always to be the case) is replaced with where you have 2 caring parents an equal consideration is given to the role both can play which extends beyond sperm donor to ATM machine for the father. Parental Alienation should be outlawed, social services should not be part of the initial process (they should be caring for children at risk, not those from 2 loving parents) If the true best interests of the children are to be considered (not the hypocrisy displayed in family court at the moment) then their wishes should be served and in most cases that means both parents can still contribute to their lives in spite of separation. You have a fabulous opportunity to make this happen NOW with the Ministers you have already appointed and additional members with a knowledge of this subject including; John Hemming M.P. Henry Bellingham M.P. and Lynne Featherstone M.P. please do not waste the valuable experience they have, and who in turn can fix our "Broken Society!"
Dear Prime Minister, http://www.pm.gov.au/PM_Connect/contact_your_pm_form
I wonder if you are aware that at the time of sending this message 10908 Australian citizens have committed suicide as a result of the trauma they have suffered at the hands of the CSA, social services and other family law agencies since November 2007. You were concerned earlier this year about coastal erosion blighting many Australian lives, please can I appeal to you to stop the erosion occurring in your society and seek to reform your Family Law System, TODAY?
Dear Prime Minister,
http://www.pm.gc.ca/eng/pm.asp?featureId=7
Family Law injustice is a global problem but my findings point to this being at it's worst in Canada!
I would therefore wish to appeal to you personally for an urgent review of the status that blights so many lives and wrecks societies through out our countries. Fathers need to be given equal status when it comes to parental responsibilities rather then simply a source of revenue. The CPS need to do what it says on the label and all social services should give support to children and families in spite of separation rather then exacerbating the alienation between children and loving parents most often the father.
Please accept this heartfelt plea in good faith and seek to make this a top priority in your domestic political agenda.
Dear Prime Minister
http://www.johnkey.co.nz/pages/connect.html
I wish to appeal to you in all good faith and ask for a major review and overhaul of the Family Law system in New Zealand, some thing that blights your beautiful country.
Children are being deprived the care and attention of both parents after separation, when more often then not it need not be the case , the CSA puts undue pressures on solely the father yet he is not being given the opportunity to offer moral or practical support. The social services often fail to recognise what is in the true best interest of the children they supposed to serve!
I implore you to take action with the utmost urgency to resolve this issue and mend your broken societies!
Dear Mr. President http://www.whitehouse.gov/thank-you
I sincerely wish to bring your attention to a matter I consider of the utmost urgency in the USA as well as much of the world;
Family Law injustice!
Societies are being broken by the failure to achieve balanced a reasonable judgements in the wake of parents separation often resulting in one parent (most often the father) being alienated from their children. Parental Alienation should be outlawed and the agencies involved actively seeking to support children from all walks of life to have a meaningful and rewarding experience with both parents in spite of divorce. As I say this affects all children but those from underprivileged backgrounds become the most vulnerable and child welfare in the form of the CPS fall way short of the care and they deserve and why are the services so hell bent on alienating a father who cares for his children yet persecutes him for financial support when he has so much more to offer in the form of moral and stabilising reassurance needed in the short span of time that is childhood!
It should also be noted that the coralation between suicides as with Australia, and those returning from active service, then facing the trauma of Family Courts in the USA shows a marked increase in recent years!
I was touched when The First Lady invited 12 London school children to the Whitehouse a few months ago and indeed from here in the UK your election as President offered a sign of New Hope this was replicated elsewhere in the world, so please offer that New Hope this year to the kids!!
With my utmost respect to your goodself and the First Lady.
Your Excellency

I have great sympathy with the plight of your country and the economic turmoil you face at this time. I would however appeal to you to also consider the Family Law system that exists in Greece today and ask for you to undertake a robust reform of shared parenting and put an emphasis on your social services for children to have access to both parents in the event of a separation this will prove to be a great benefit in the future of your society as a whole. I would also hope one of your greatest assets , your tourist industry plays a key part in restoring your wonderful country to it's former glory.

You may be interested to know that F4J S.A. at one time offered the Government in Pretoria guidance on human rights issues most especially relating to Family Law issues and I would appeal to you in good faith to take heed and ask for an urgent review of matters relating to Family Court , social services and child welfare, in this year of World Cup prestige : 2010 for South Africa!
Dear Mr. President

I have been alerted by a friend in Singapore that the Family Court laws are particular discriminatory to Fathers and as a result he is to be separated from his young son for the next 6 months, As a loyal law abiding citizen of Singapore and devoted father to his young so please may I appeal to you with the greatest of respect to review the case involving my friend even if it means limited or supervised visitation to start but I am sure you will agree it is vital that the contact is not lost between father and son at the crucial age his young child is today. Please accept my heartfelt appeal to reunite this family and others in a similar situation that could have such a bearing upon your society in the future.
(One day perhaps Parental Alienation will be outlawed as child abuse in Singapore)
Sir,http://ukinsingapore.fco.gov.uk/en/I am of the belief my friend Wee Cheng has been served a grave injustice in being seperated from his son, is there anyway we in Britain or beyond can offer him our support or offer influence to his case?http://www.daveyonefamilylawmanblogspotcom.socialgo.com/forum/topic/148/page/1#215I would value your view on how this matter may be pursed such as a petition to the Government or Justice Minister?________________________________________________Your Majesties Christmas message spoke of Commonwealth, Children and Multi-Faith societies and I would wish to appeal as your loyal and obedient servant that where Your Majesty is able to do so, please exercise influence on this subject for the sake of the children involved and societies as a whole. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/newstopics/politics/liberaldemocrats/7753762/The-Queens-Speech-Bill-by-Bill.html

World 4 Justice year has began!
Happy New Yearto you all (click title) and 2010 to prove to be our year of hope and the World will see justice at last!
My opening salvo's has been into Australia and toward Prime Minister Kevin Rudd who hitherto has chosen to bury his head in the sand as far as Family Law, CSA and Social Services are concerned even though 8964 of his fellow citizens have taken their lives as a result of the trauma experienced at this state sponsered incompetence! It is my intention to keep the pressure on Mr. Rudd, including letters to Her Majesty, till he takes a more pragmatic view and you can follow my progress by clicking on the Australian flag in the sidebar and also check out other apects of Australian Family law, you may be suprised or dismayed as I was so am keen to make a start where the new year begins and bring the good people of Australia on side so their children do not have to suffer the sadness or indignity again! Davey

Things in Canada are at their worst in the Family Law Court system so it is imperitive we keep the pressure up here! In fact my very inspiration for World 4 Justice was born out of Her Majesty's announcement at the recent head of Commonwealth conference in Trinidad and Tobago that she will visit Canada in June 2010 and would remind people that you can write to the Queen (Guidance in the sidebar) You will find Her Majesty has some empathy for our cause, but more over you may be able to persude her to have a quiet word with Prime Minister Stephen Harper!
I was also delighted to meet with the eminent Professer Robert Kenedy from Ottowa University and had a very pleasent afternoon in my home (as part of his world tour of research) discussing Family Law as it affected me and how it affects societies as a whole all around the world!
I am also delighted to be associated with Bob Berman who has re-written Family Law in Canada and by coincedence to my suggestion in my Degree Absolute blog has arrived at the $500 divorce (I suggested £500 should be the limit) so hitherto will regard this as the "$500(Canadian)Divorce" and Bob's work will be a perminent feature in my Canadian section of my blog, good on you mate;Davey
Already in the USA a Protest is planned in Washington DC for the weekend July 23rd to 25th inclusive, Davey is delighted to promote Family Preservation Festival 2010 as this is what World 4 Justice is all about and I would encourage others to do the same in a Capital or major city near you in the coming year, this failing Family law and the devestation on our societies that could take a generation to fix, and in my opinion will only be achieved on a global scale so it is important that the US are at the forefront of our fight for justice!Davey XXXStopPress Donald Tenns
comments on Bristol 2009 must read StopPressXXXIn the UK I will be actively helping to get more people on side and ready to protest near the New Supreme Courts in London before our newly elected Government go on their richly deserved holiday in the summmer, Join Nigel Ace who is actively recruiting in a town near you! This is the year Family Law must change for the sake of our children and future generations!! Davey
Joanna Lumley has done outstanding work to raise the plight of those honourable troops from the Ghurkhas and get them the true recognition they have long deserved, I wonder if she could be invited to do the same for our cause? Davey.

No need to Scale Canterbury Cathedral Roof!
Click on title for Kent news bulletin.

I was delighted to greet Nigel Ace,Co-ordinater for New Fathers 4 Justice. and sensed an air of optimism, and this was reflected by a lack of superhero's climbing on things and more a sophisticated approach to get this crucial message across to the Archbishop and the wider public. The BBC and other media organisations are quick to ridicule Batman without asking why is he on Harriet Harman's roof! This makes it imperative to show first hand accounts as with Darren Ash on how the appalling Family law courts treat the caring Dads and rely too heavily on the erroneous social services (the same incompetents responsible for Baby Peter, Victoria Climbe, Khyra Ishaq and the many thousands of other children's tragic stories that never reach the headlines till it is too late to help them!)
Could the New Supreme Court hold the key?
We are all aware that miscarriages of justice happen in the best of magistrates courts even under the scrutiny of the press and public, then the process is put in place for appeal and a mechanism exists to put these failures right! In family Law courts the judge is under no such scrutiny and accounts to nobody, so when children are wrongly taken from their parents and may entre the care system they are lost for good and no such course of redress exists.

The judges cover their backs by saying they have acted on the ('snapshot') findings of a CAFCASS reporter or the like who in turn will not seek to upset the apple cart as it will, at the very least, mean more administration for them, whilst cloaking an over bureaucratised and equally secretive and unaccountable social service system, with of all people Ed (so what)Balls at the helm!?! (Lets support Nevres Kemel click Baby 'P' picture left)
The same rule applies to a caring father as the mother is empowered to prevent the Dad seeing his own children, whilst that child may be raised by a stranger who has not spent 30 seconds in a family court room and will inherit the former family home which could be the culmination of your life's work and what you had intended to serve as a safe and secure home to raise your children! (Lord Justice Ward wrote about this in The Times 1st May 2008 click failing judges in the sidebar for the whole story)
The Good mothers are also penalised by all this as they try to make good a broken relationship and working part time to make things work whilst not putting undue demands on a Dad, via the state sponsored bandits in the form of the CSA (who expect good Dads to pay twice), who shows little interest or support for the mother!
Don't forget also the extended family who also lose out on their most vulnerable family members, such as grandparents these 'bastions of commonsense and stability' who are being snubbed as the logical mediators in all this, or indeed carers whist parents sort out their difficulties rather then the children being forced into care. Why are they punished for their parents mistake when maybe it is the parents that need to be taken to one side and taught some basic but far reaching parental responsibilities? It is also a double whammy for a grandparent as they see the heartbreak of their own children as well as the 'no contact' with their grandchildren.
The whole system flies in the face of our given norms of past generations, and with legal professionals earning £200 per hour to advise separating parents and £2000 per court appearance what possible incentive is there for mediation or conciliation when the endless pot of legal aid shows no sign of emptying any time soon!
So I for one will stand firm with the good Dads of F4J and like Nigel it is probably too late for the benefit of our own children as childhood is quite a short span of time, but I will use this opportunity to warn President Obama ,Prime Minister Rudd, Prime Minister Harper and who ever we are going to be endowed with next May that they have till the 1st June 2010 other wise we will come after them on World 4 Justice Day and will not stop till this atrocious law is reformed and the true welfare of the little heard children is made paramount and not the pretence currently dished out in this appalling

Saturday World (F4J) Review!

With the prospect of the forth coming protest at Canterbury Cathedral I have considered the role of Fathers 4 Justice and how effective their protests have been and what of the future?
I have made it clear that before I became embroiled in the family Law fiasco I thought the prospect of some guy dressed as a superhero firing fireworks off a crane near Tower Bridge gave off the wrong message and was this a responsible Dad to be demonstrating in such a way?
Sadly this is how the general public perceive such action as most have not endured the closed shop, secret and unaccountable family law court system where very often the father has little, if any, course of redress for major errors that take place every day. All eyes are on The New Supreme Court of appeal to see if they will offer justice where hitherto they have ignored an appeal by a father.
Better still there has to be a total reform of this destructive system which causes such heartache, has caused so many children to go into care and in addition to braking our societies could have such a bearing on cases such as Baby 'P', Khyra Ishaq and Victoria Climbe!
I offer a solution to all this in my Sunday blog see what you think!
In South Africa the government has called upon F4J to advise them on human rights issues I wonder what they have realized that it is sure to take the UK, US and Canadian Governments some years to understand! I am interested in the comment in 'your Canterbury' (left) byMark Henricks from Austin, Texas, USA "I am happy to see Fathers 4 Justice taking this direct protest action and wish them every success. United States fathers infrequently engage in public protests, preferring to work through other media, legal and legislative channels. However, the stakes are high enough that any means that helps propel positive change in this area is important and worth trying!". All the best from America, Mark Henricks
This is a stance that seems to be followed in Australia with Michael Knight and his crew at the forefront of many tricky court cases and standing up for rights many assume to be equal between men and women as it is in every other aspect of civilized society, well almost!
To see what the Canadian Contingent have to put up with click on title above and from what I can tell the law is at it's worse here, and the F4J protest is one of an impromptu flash demonstration. I believe a coordinated campaign where action is taken at the same time in London Washington Canberra Johannesburg and Ottawa along the same lines as the Movember campaign of a few weeks ago!
You Had Emily Pankhurst and her Suffragette movement at the turn of the last century, the hippies anti war and freedom movement in the sixties.........
......... could F4J be the social activists of modern times?Count down to Sunday 29th November 2009,The Solution!

Fathers4Christmas to 'visit' Canterbury Cathedral !
A Father is for life not just Christmas,
birthdays+holidays+ treats+ Disneyland+pocket-money+ X-BOX +mobile phones+loss of dignity+ bankruptcy+ irregular access+ worthlessness+ desperation+ defined contact+ ill health+ loss+ alienation+ false promises+ hopelessness+fear+sleepless nights+ anticipated regret+ulcers+breakdown+suicide and generally having the piss taken out of us by this heartless and erroneous
Family Law Court System!
"A Father has a lifetime of worry and heartache for his children, but his love is so easily discarded like last years fashion. There is nothing in this for Dad except to see his child put a mortar board on their head, in the hope that child will do better in life then he!" Davey
A Fathers for Justice group will be demonstrating at Canterbury Cathedral as part of their campaign to change family law.
New Fathers for Justice are urging all dads who will not be able
to see their children this Christmas to join them at 10am on
Saturday, December 12th 2009 to support their campaign.
The group will be dressed in Santa costumes to put pressure on
the church to help them “put the father back into Christmas”.
A spokesman for the group said: “New Fathers for Justice will
yet again attempt to get our message across to the church which, like this arrogant Labour government, had ignored the plight of fathers since they have been in office.
“We are urging the church to support us in our fight to change family law and plug dads back into families in time for Christmas.
(See my 'Lost Faith blog in archive.)
“We see this as a great necessity as we are now potentially only six months away from the general election. We hope that the Archbishop of Canterbury Rowan Williams will help us with the plight of dads in Britain this Christmas.”
The group has urged dads to come along with banners and wearing Father Christmas outfits.
Campaigners from father’s rights groups have made a name for themselves using direct action campaigning methods to fight for better rights for fathers who want to see their children. (As ever click on title for more on this)
If their message had been listened to in
the past 5 or 10 years maybe
BABY PETER
Victoria Climbe and Khyra Ishaq
would still be alive today,Davey
Let's put Father back into Christmas!

Saturday, 31 October 2009
Have you lost faith in your religion?
This is a question I would like to pose on a general
theme and not pointed at any single religion or belief.
During these times of financial hardship for many and society losing the respect it once had for previous generations, where is our moral and ethic guidance coming from? Are spiritual leaders vocal enough and if people do not visit them are they going to schools work places even shops and pubs to give guidance to the young we are very nearly losing sight of?
I feel the silence is deafening and there should be a Multi-Faith approach with a serious and strong message getting all ideas across to primary school children with a caveat that it is for them to decide what questions
they should be asking and quite how to deal with things in life the right way for the benefit of all!
Very often people will turn to religion to try and handle adversity or some tragedy that has occurred when hitherto they may not have felt the need to pray or understand before and I often wonder why those very much worse off then us in 3rd world countries some, starving and looking out on a bleak landscape both physically and emotionally, still find it in their hearts to believe and hold on to hope. How do they afford religion when we seem unable to?
My Father used to say never call the Lords name in vein, as being in the RAF during WW2 he knew when he called out he meant it and whilst I am not as religious as he was I did honour his wish and took from this that when you are alone and facing dire straits there may just be someone there to help!
Lest we forget!
In the year we saw the last of the World War One ‘Tommy’s’ complete his journey on this earth and many World War Two warriors now considering how many more memorials they will attend especially in foreign lands, we appreciate what their lives and those who did not return stand for in giving us freedom of speech and a quality of life many of us take for granted and my thoughts of my late father a peace loving man facing the horror of war from the rear gunning turret of a Lancaster Bomber. (click on picture to see him arrive in the US) My Dad, Eddie (1921-1990)
It is all about the children...
..even at Buckingham Palace!
