Focus on Parental Alienation as Child Abuse!

I have long been inspired by the dignity and resolve of my friend Wee Cheng in Singapore.

(Click on the blog title for a political view on this and follow this campaign at
Focus on Parental Alienation as Child Abuse/Facebook)

I wish I had his stamina to promote the case for Parental Alienation Awareness as he has across the world, especially as I arrive at my forth year to the day (19th September) since my 2 sons were willfully withheld by their mother. Now aged 12 and 15 I will never recapture those lost years at a time most crucial for a Dad to be with his kids especially in these days of massive peer and media pressure, and my anticipated regret that I may never rekindle any form of meaningful relationship with them again. I only hope and pray they never have the life of regret I surely will because of the actions of one person condoned by an appalling system!

There are many great organisations around the world who highlight the plight of children taken from a traditional family setting and deprived contact with the 'non resident' parent, most often the Dad but also on occasion Mum. The law seems to discriminated between good and bad parents and conversely benefits the bad parents where good parents try to normalise the situation as much as possible!

http://www.paawareness.org/Whilst the corrupt systems from around the world allows for a vengeful mother to use her children as tools, weapons or bargaining chips for their own self serving financial gains Parental Alienating will thrive and appears to be actively condoned by Family Court , so called child welfare organisations and in time the public as a whole. Extended family are swept up in it so whilst one family benefits from regular visitations grandparents uncles and aunts from the alienated family do not! Police, schools and other public bodies tend to take the side of the alienating family as doubt is cast on the integrity of the alienated family who never get to prove their case.

So when people are scathing about feckless and runaway dads firstly consider those of us who are branded as 'absent' when as in my case I would have loved to have been prime carer as I wanted the best I could do for my children. At the same time consider the mothers (in the main) who deliberately set out to have children, then gain all the benefits the state has to offer including limit less legal aid when it all inevitably goes wrong and then how the courts and CSA actively encourage this behaviour allowing the mothers case to be taken as read whilst the father is seldom heard. The Mother could win a million on the lottery but the CSA will still purse a father to the point of him living on a park bench or.......Suicide!

I have the prospect this month of 'celebrating' 4 years of Parental Alienation on the 19th,the last time I had meaningful contact with my children in spite of court orders allowing regular access. On the 21st I have been summoned to court for CSA arrears in spite of the process sending me bankrupt and unlikely to recover anytime soon whilst the mother walks a way with the former family home sold to the tune of £240,000 for her. I am left with difficulty paying a premium mortgage on a second family home provided for on truck driver wages close to the former one and both schools! All this I did in the true best interest of my children, yet I could face Jail!

On the 23rd September I arrive at my 53rd Birthday!

World4Justice!

Whilst we wait for the Ministry of Justice in London to deliberate over their findings during the Family Justice Review, and for these to be published in the Autumn, I believe we should all campaign for similar reviews to take place and robust reforms to follow in Australia, Canada, New Zealand , USA, Singapore, Greece and anywhere else in the world this injustice lurks!!

President Obama to address British Parliament!

You may care to pass him a message via our Prime Minister thus; they do seem to get on well!

Or

Our very own political insider Guido Fawkes, who will doubtless give us a blow by blow account of the visit to both Houses!

A Royal, Canadian shindig, Mr. President!

Here in the UK there is currently a Family Law review taking place at the Ministry of Justice in London under the chairmanship of Sir David Norgrove, it is hoped this will reveal the injustices that betrays families, most often vulnerable children and society as a whole. Reviews should be taking place in the USA Canada, Australia and new Zealand too!

Obama to visit Queen.

President Obama and The First Lady will make a state visit to
London by invitation of Her Majesty the Queen from 24th to 26th
May 2011.

(Click on blog title)
http://world4justice.wordpress.com/page/8/

So once again I suggest (as I have in previous blogs) we use a pincer movement to write simultaneously to both President Obama at the Whitehouse and Her majesty the Queen at Buckingham Palace so as to inform them of OUR misgivings of Family Court , Social Services (CPS) and just how they are unjustly dealing with families and most especially children.

Let the State visit highlight the true State of the Union and all our so called Justice systems
WORLDWIDE!

USA: Family Court & CPS Reform: 2011

I would call upon all like minded campaigners to lobby direct to The Whitehouse

As a wise associate from Hobart once said once one country falls the others
are sure to follow. Although it can be argued that this has begun in the UK with
the current Ministry of Justice review, it is compelling to think that if the US
was to do the same thing, even on the same economy driven cost saving exercise,
it highly likely justice would follow in Canada, New Zealand and Australia
(Yes even with Gillard at the helm!)

So in the final 2 years of President Obama's administration let's help him get at least one thing right (otherwise we may have to wait for some radical Republican's to make a right tea party of it)and as our world leader we should lobby him from around the world!

I wish Sir Bob would do for our campaign what he did 25 years ago for band aid

Happy New Year from Daveyone!

Parental Alienation Awareness : Worldwide!

Focus on Singapore!
Wee Cheng
is the first friend I came across when I became one of the 500 million community on Facebook and his heart rendering story has been played out to me almost on a daily basis. I have never met Wee, who lives 1000,s of miles away, but I feel strongly for this honourable, honest and above all caring and devoted father who appears to have been alienated from his son Adriel for the past 6 months by the State and wonder if the Government and law makers in Singapore could show a lead in this global failure and help reunite Wee Cheng with his son as early as this week and show those of us across the world the way of reforming these atrocious laws. As I was in mid flow on this blog and searching for more eloquent ways to describe my friend I referred back to the aforementioned Social Network and low and behold only 12 minutes earlier another friend had posted this rare but valuable reminder that this goes on everyday throughout the world, which for me along with the you tube featured toward the end of the blog epitomises the cruelty that is Parental Alienation which most right minded people now recognise as child abuse or even state sponsored kidnapping!!

This is a sad state of affairs that unfortunately plays out all across America each and every day. Good, fit, willing fathers like Dr. Wardner should not have to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars in order to share equally in what is the true best interest of our children, both parents sharing equally in their lives.

If this mothe...r has in fact willfully and deliberately alienated these children from their father, she should be imprisoned for the crime of child abuse and custody of these children should be changed to the father, as studies prove, the father is far more willing to share equally in custody matters than the mother.

Furthermore, if attorney Richard J D'Amico or any other organization was complicit in these acts of child abuse, he should be disbarred and imprisoned as well. There should be no leniency shown for those who abuse our children.

JUSTICE IS COMING!!!

A Day of Service and Remembrance

Good morning,
Nine years ago, nearly three thousand Americans lost their lives on September 11, 2001. Like many Americans, I was shocked and horrified by the attacks on our country. But I was also inspired by the heroism and selflessness of so many of my fellow Americans in the wake of this tragedy.

From the brave men and women of Flight 93 who sacrificed their own lives to save the lives of others, to the first responders who rushed without hesitation to help those in need, to the young men and women who chose to join our Armed Forces following the attacks - these tragic events united Americans in a remarkable spirit of solidarity and compassion.

It’s that spirit of selflessness and service that inspired the first September 11th National Day of Service and Remembrance last year. On this day all Americans can honor the brave men and women who lost and risked their lives by serving others in their community.

Tomorrow, I will be volunteering with Mission Serve, an initiative bringing together civilian and military communities through service and volunteerism. Working alongside active duty members of the military, wounded warriors, veterans, military spouses and students, I’ll help renovate a community center at a retirement community for veterans in McLean, Virginia.

You can join me in participating in the National Day of Service by finding a service opportunity in your area on Serve.gov:

http://www.serve.gov/

Whether you help clean up a local park, participate in a food drive, or help out in a local soup kitchen or school, volunteering strengthens our communities and our country. The National Day of Service presents an opportunity to take time to make a difference in your area and make a commitment to serve your community throughout the year.

On the anniversary of this tragic day in our history, I hope you will join me in honoring all those who put the needs of others before their own by serving in your community.

To all Americans mourning the loss of their loved ones on September 11th, the President and I extend our sincerest condolences. Your courage and sacrifice is an inspiration to all Americans.

Sincerely,

Michelle Obama
First Lady of the United States

In the year we saw the last of the World War One ‘Tommy’s’ complete his journey on this earth and many World War Two warriors now considering how many more memorials they will attend especially in foreign lands, we appreciate what their lives and those who did not return stand for in giving us freedom of speech and a quality of life many of us take for granted and my thoughts of my late father a peace loving man facing the horror of war from the rear gunning turret of a Lancaster Bomber.
