Why is so much faith put in Social Services when children are involved in Family Court as when it all goes wrong all they have to do is role out that same old mantra " We will learn from this and move on !" well they do move on but rarely learn from it and even get compensated when they themselves get it wrong, and they in turn act as scapegoats for failing family court judges who can then sight their inaccurate reports as to why they made their (all too often irreversible) judgements!

I wonder why Social Services are called upon to report on fairly mild cases in family law. If there were previous cases of violence or abuse this would be on record as a matter of fact and once again why is it most often assumed it is Dad who is the abuser? In the 7 years I have been researching this subject I have found more women abuse then men and all to often it is the hidden abuse of psychology that a mother will use to 'persude' a child to act in such a way when even a relatively young child knows it to be wrong, but fears going against the resident parent as he/she has to live with that parent daily. The cruelest of abuse is Parental Alienation something Social Services doesn't even recognise yet whilst it allows a vindictive parent to use a child like a tool or even a weapon and at the worst extreme for ransom it is left to the non resident parent to anticipate the regret those children will feel in later life,those lost years in the relatively short span of time that is childhood that can never be replaced.


I believe Courts should have access to past medial records from the family doctor as this would quickly show up the false allegations that arise in family court so one parent may take advantage over another false allegations should also be dealt with as a crime and severe action including prison should be imposed even if it means taking the mother away from the children , she may then realise she is not serving her kids best interest by lying!

What chance have were mere lay people in this corrupted industry, when even those at the head of legal departments in Social Services fail to serve the children's best interest as that of this Council Leader

Parental Alienation Syndrome!

As Someone who has witnessed Parental Alienation first hand which in essence for me means in spite of a prolonged Family Court case causing me to ultimately go bankrupt, having located a second family home within 1/2 a mile of the former one and mid-way between both schools as well as doing all the judge told me to, my ex partner still could wilfully withhold my children!
During the unraveling of the perfectly sound Court order of 2004, in the following year I came before the Anne Robinson lookalike once again (Her Honour Judge..but believe me she did not come from any oyster!) and was suddenly told if I wanted to see my children again I would have to go to an appointed psychiatrist paid for from the mothers legal aid at which point I asked the judges view on Parental alienation or Munchhausen's and was told she did not believe it existed and this was concurred by the mothers barrister! Yet when I quizzed the psychiatrist about it he said it very much did exist and having spent several hours in his office he forwarded his report to the court. I then learned it would not be admissible in court and this was because it put the mother in a more damming light then me (Can you imagine what would have happened if the tables were turned? they would have had a field day!) So was able to carry on seeing my kids for a further 2 years, but not with out some disturbance from the mother! (With holding my youngest on occasion, so making my eldest question should he come with Dad or stay with Mum?)
I am also reminded of a sports day around this time that fell on a Friday and the day I was able to collect my children from school for a weekend stay with me then return them to school on Monday! Afterwards as my son had collected his things I said off we go then, but the mother appeared saying he was to come with her to the teachers. So as to avoid a confrontation in the school I walked through the building, but as I emerged into the car park she appeared snatched the child and he fell to the ground crying, we were asked back into the school and ultimately the police were called, the mother suggested that she and I sat in an empty room and which ever parent the children went to is who they wanted to be with. I said I would rather leave now then put my kids through that, so did (sort of Biblical). 8 am Saturday morning she was banging on my door saying they wanted to be with me! Whatever was the point?
If I were to offer a website of shame : I would sight Ed Balls as not Minister enough to be in charge of CSF, Justice Minister Jack Straw has done just one thing to reform (open) Family Court and that failed at the first hurdle. Straw's Predecessor Lord Falconer did nothing but was happy to enjoy the privilege along with Lord Justice Ward (pictured above left) Lord Justice Wall and Lord Justice Woolf who's favorite charity is to advocate more funding for McKenzie friends! They too should be reminded that it is the children who suffer each and everyday because of their failure!!!

The NSPCC will sight only male offenders of abuse in their TV adverts, but never recognise the psychological abuse inflicted on children by their mother, hidden away in the equally close doors of a former family home as indeed are the proceedings on such matters in court!
