After 7 years in the family court process, I now find I have to quit my lowly paid job due to untoward pressure from the CSA, who are content to render my wife and I homeless whilst allowing my former partner and 2 sons to luxuriate in the former family home close by, and even though my children have been with held since Sept 2007 in spite of court appointed contact.
Therefore I intend to embark on a one man protest/presentation to illustrate the father isolated by this system even having been bankrupted in an attempt to do what is in my children's best interest!!

As part of the Partner Group I have submitted numerous material facts , documents and my own blogs to them for their consideration and one of their early feedbacks shows some promise in how they wish to reform Child Maintaince and link it to contact orders which till now has not been the case. David Norgrove's link (click on blog title) shows what they are considering and is enclosed here. Many thousands of Dads take their lives under the pressure exerted by this erroneous department so I have to say enough is enough!
